That said, those with a special affection for the strapping young werewolf are in for a treat.While Robert Pattinson's swoon-inducing vampire Edward Cullen does make an appearance in the newly released 'New Moon' preview, Taylor Lautner's love-starved werewolf Jacob and his ridiculously carved abs are the true stars (though the scene in which Kristen Stewart's Bella tries to ride a motorbike is also pretty freaking hilarious). if you think this movie looks bad than you dont know good movies.The books are way better though but the movie i have to say actaully seems like the book unlike the book twilight and the movie

Twilight is preteen trash, actually. The writing is immature and the only reason it's so popular is because the characters have obsessive holds on each other, which apparently is interesting.

I agree w/Stephanie. The movie itself looks awesome. I don't think it's following the book again. Especially since it looks like Jacob & Bella are going to kiss in this movie which they don't in the book until Eclipse. I hate that part but can't complain about how the movie looks.

If you think New Moon looks good than YOU don't know good movies.I've seen many movies in my life which were awful and some very good.I don't expect New Moon to get many high ratings from the critics.

in new moon jacob and bella do almost kiss but they get interrupted so that most likely is whats going to happen here. it doesnt show them kissing it shows them almost kissing. I think it looks great.

This Movie looks awesome!!! I can't wait its going to be soooo good. Not as good as the book of course but they have to make the movie so that it works for people who have not read the books and there will be people who have not read the books that will be watching the movie. Plus Stephenie Meyer wouldn't have approved the sript if it wasn't to her liking.

Quite honestly,your right.The book was bad though(the movie actually looks just a bit better than it)so I'm not going to waste my money watching it.Twilight IS TRASH and so is every other book following it(:

WOW, way better than the book i would have to say. I think the team edward fans will be jealous because the one who looks way better is jacob and u have to except that because edward left and jacob got all buff and muscular and bella starts falling for him, she even called him beautiful.

fyi bella called edward beautiful in 'twilight'. i mean i dont really like edward anymore after 'midnight sun' because he's a total stalker...& watching rob make out w/ a guy in 'little ashes' & jut be weird all together in 'how to be...' just ruined him for me. so im team jasper now *-^ but i have a newfound tolerance of jacob since his hair's not long & weird. but he's waaaaaaaay too persistant.

I dont belive its better than the book because no movie can be better than the book it came from because you dont get ever detail and truth that you get from the book.I agree though edward fans will be jealous.Because jacob does look way hotter!!But also yes edward leaves but he is watching over bella also and she doesnt feel the same she does with jacob as she does edward!

Yeah, well the only reason he's all buff is from his transformation into his true nature. His character really has no artistic, creative value. Granted, he's a big role in the books and movies, but his essence only goes so far, where-as, Edward has more to him, and goes much deeper. That should be where the comparison starts. You can star any hot actor to play the roles, but in the end, it's about the character, not sex appeal.

you are absolutely correct edward is the best one for bella . jacob is just her best friend team edward 100% all the way . edward will steal the show when bella goes to save him. the movie still will be really about edward and bella. the chemistry in the video with jacob not there only as his friend .i like jacob but edward was meant for bella.

You people are missing the point. Edward is not some crazy stalker...if he was Bella wouldn't be with him, she wouldn't know his secret, and she would have pressed charges against him. The point is this is an epic love story. Sure Edward was really into her, but she felt the same way about him. For crying out loud, she put her life in jeopardy just to hear a phantom voice. She loves him too. That is the way it was written, and how its supposed to be. If you can't see that then you haven't read the books carefully enough. I know theres all the Team Jacob players out there, and I get it...the boy looks good...but her fate is with Edward. To those of you who don't get that....maybe you should pick up the first book and start reading again.

I agree with Katie. Edward SEEMS creepy possessive, but Bella is kinda clingy too. It's just how they are with each other. And Bella was never creeped out by Edward, because if the rolls were reversed, she probably would of done the same thing. And she says that in the first book.
