On last night's 'The Jay Leno Show,' 'New Moon' actor Taylor Lautner told Leno his most memorable fan encounter story, which involved a 40-something mother looking to have her panties signed with her embarrassed teenage daughter in tow. Classy! We're sure this story doesn't reflect on the Twihard mom's parenting skills in the least.'We're at a signing, an autograph signing ... and there was a mother who was in her mid-40s and a little teenage daughter," the 17-year-old Lautner told Leno. "The mother skips on up ... and she goes, 'Excuse me, Taylor ... I'm wearing the Team Taylor panties right now. Is there any way I can take them off for you and just have you sign them quick?' And the daughter goes, 'Mom, come on!'"
"Our Twilight moms are passionate," Lautner said by way of explanation. Fortunately, according to Lautner, security was able to step in and put an end to the bizarre request.

just another sign on how parenting in America, and elsewhere has gone to hell, I bet the panties where to be signed for the mom and not the daughter as a little hint, hint, hey I am hot and I am ready? with role models such as this no wonder the teen pregnency rates and delinquincy are at all time high's? mom is hot for a little tight young stuff!!!

That's what I was thinking! Instead it is laughed off as a big joke. If a guy did this to a 17 year old actress, they would have been hauled off and charged with everything possible and made an example of.
Whether male of female, it's just not right and just shows how we, as a society, are going down the wrong road.

There is always a double standard when it comes to these situations. The men would think this is "HOT" as they do when a female teacher approaches a young male student. But if a man does it, OMG...he is the son of satan.
But then again look at the Justice system: The 'cute' blonde hair, blue eyed teacher gets house arrest for sleeping with her students. The average red-haired and darker haired teachers get what 5 to 12 yrs? And all men, can just hang it up, they have to register as sex offenders, serve jail time, and etc....personally, I think all of them (MEN and WOMEN) should be put in jail/prison in GP and let them be 'passed around' and see how they like it.

If you are really against sexual assault, then you should be against ALL sexual assault, even when it happens in prison. I agree that offenders should be jailed but allowing prison rape is not a decent punishment.
