The Evolution of Tinker Bell

Besides being played by Julia Roberts in 1991's live-action 'Hook,' Tinker Bell has been best known as Peter Pan's mischievous little pixie-dust-sprinkling friend. But even before she made her 1953 big-screen debut in the classic animated film, the impish fairy went through dozens of incarnations in the animation studios at Disney.

Last year Tink graduated to leading lady in her own movie, the 2008 self-titled DVD release 'Tinker Bell.' Now, with the upcoming DVD and Blu-ray release of 'Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure' (Oct. 27), Tink is finally getting a full-scale makeover. She's gone from ingenue to full-out action hero since she first appeared, in pencil drawings from the famed studio's "nine old men" in the the mid-'30s.

Click through our gallery to trace the adorable tiny heroine's transformation through the years (including three exclusive photos).

Exclusive Photos From 'Precious'

For all the talk of 'Precious' there's been lately, you'd be forgiven for thinking Gollum was getting his own 'Lord of the Rings' spin-off.

It started in early '09, when 'Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire' (then called 'Push') debuted to raves at the Sundance Film Festival. In May, we reported on Mariah Carey's radical transformation for the film. And just recently, we told you about the weight media queen Oprah Winfrey is throwing behind the film, how it won the top prize at the Toronto Film Festival, and where it's now positioned in the Oscar race.

Now we've got three exclusive photos from the acclaimed film (opening Nov. 6) about an obese, pregnant, HIV-positive teen (Gabourey Sidibe) growing up poor and with an abusive mother (Oscar frontrunner Mo'Nique) in Harlem. Somehow, someway, it all proves inspirational.

Exclusive Picture: Meet Caius the Volturi Vampire of 'Twilight: New Moon'

As if James, Victoria and Laurent weren't menacing enough, 'The Twilight Saga: New Moon' introduces us to a new band of baddies far more eeeeeevil: the Volturi.

Allow us to reveal the first official image of Caius, the most sadistic of the ancient Italian vampire coven. Caius is played by Jamie Campbell Bower, who knows a thing or two about bloody good times from his stint as Anthony Hope in 'Sweeney Todd,' and will also soon be seen as Gellert Grindelwald in the 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows' movies (can he and R. Patz broker peace between warring fan armies?)

Exclusive Posters for 'G-Force'

Guinea pigs give the FBI a run for their money in Disney's 'G-Force,' and we've got five exclusive movie posters to prove it.

If you didn't think cute, fluffy guinea pigs could save the world, think again. This summer, Jerry Bruckheimer's ('Pirates of the Caribbean') action-packed Walt Disney comedy 'G-Force' (July 24) will infiltrate a theater near you.

In the movie, a top-secret government program trains animals to tackle extreme espionage missions. When a group of guinea pigs are equipped with top-of-the-line equipment and sent off to stop an evil dude from destroying mankind ... well, let's just say all doesn't go as planned.

Moviefone has exclusive posters for the family flick. With individual likenesses of the 'G-Force' team, we get a good idea of what we're in for. Click through for a first look at a new twist on government intelligence.

Exclusive 'Earth' Photos

We pay tribute to Mother Nature (and some of her many, many pets) with these exclusive shots from Disneynature's 'Earth.'

As Earth Day recognition and celebrations become bigger and wider across the globe, so does Hollywood's green-friendly fare. Not since 'An Inconvenient Truth' (or maybe even 'March of the Penguins'), though, has an environmentally themed movie looked so primed to make a splash on the movie-going eco-system as 'Earth,' the first film in the new Disneynature series.

Narrated by James Earl Jones, 'Earth' follows the breathtakingly beautiful and sometimes-heartbreaking livelihoods and adventures of various animal families across the planet. From the filmmakers of the BBC's 'Planet Earth,' in many ways it's like a "greatest moments" reel from the popular series.

In honor of Earth Day, we partner with Disneynature to bring you these 10 exclusive photos from 'Earth,' which opens in theaters today.

Of course there'll be a ton of huge guest stars too -- you'll just have to see it to believe it.

Without further ado (we know how you fans get!), Moviefone presents nine exclusive photos from 'Hannah Montana: The Movie' (and a couple more that are too good not to show you), in theaters April 10.

Exclusive: New 'Confessions of a Shopaholic' Images

We've got nine new pictures from this highly anticpated February release.

In need of a little retail therapy? You've never met a pro shopper quite like Rebecca Bloomwood (played by Isla Fisher), the card-charging, debt-ridden heroine of 'Confessions of a Shopaholic.'

Based on Sophie Kinsella's bestselling series of books, 'Shopaholic' follows one super-consumer on her journey to becoming financially responsible.

Moviefone presents nine exclusive photos from the movie, opening February 13.

Exclusive Poster for 'Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience'

Attention Tween Nation: Here's a little something for your desktop.

The phenomenon that was 'Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds' (which made a staggering $31 million its opening weekend) surely opened doors for Disney's next 3D concert film.

And fans won't have to wait long. 'Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience' will hit theaters next year (Feb. 27, to be exact), and you can expect another whopping box office success.

We've got the exclusive first poster for the movie, which finds Bros. Joe, Nick and Kevin striking a very Beatles-esque pose. Click on the poster for an enlarged image.

Exclusive: New 'Twilight' Images

We've got two new pics from November's highly anticipated flick.

If you haven't yet heard of 'Twilight,' you will soon enough.

The movie, the first in a series based on the best-selling books by Stephenie Meyer, is widely projected to be the next page-to-screen, 'Harry Potter'-like phenomenon. It follows the perilous love story between a teenage girl (Kristen Stewart) and vampire heartthrob (Robert Pattinson).

Moviefone presents two never-seen-before photos from the movie, opening November 21.

'The Clique' DVD Poster Premiere

The CliqueGet a good look at 'The Clique' quintet in exclusive poster.

A few weeks ago we debuted the movie trailer for 'The Clique,' an upcoming DVD debut based on the best-selling novels by Lisi Harrison, and Tween Nation couldn't have been more totally, totally excited.

Now we bring you a first look at the DVD cover, which displays the stylish looks of the Westchester popular girls known as "The Pretty Committee" (with a small dog wearing clothes, of course), and the very unstylish look of story hero Claire Lyons.

Betcha can figure out which one is Claire.
